Searching for customers
I would like to see if there is a better way to search for customers in both the mobile app and the desktop version by using the town they are located in and if not, suggest that to Jobber.
We own a tree service company and we don't always immediately schedule "requests" because our schedule can be a moving target. It is much easier and efficient for us to schedule our request appointments and jobs by grouping customers that are in the same area, but this has been challenging for me to do this on Jobber. Other than looking at the map on the schedule part and clicking on each individual one, there is no good way to search for them. For example, I would like to be able to go to the requests section and in the search box, type the name of the town and have any service address with that town, come up. It would be great if any key word you used with that request, would show up when it's typed in the search box.
Another request I have is making the uncompleted requests and jobs a little easier to see on the whole within Jobber. In our shop, we have a white board with a list of requests and jobs that need to be done and they are organized by the service location, which gives a really good visualization and helps with scheduling. I wish there was something similar and a little more user friendly on Jobber, as we are not always there in front of the board and looking at the map on the schedule portion of Jobber, can be a little messy.
Thank you and hopefully this made sense!
