At the moment, Jobber does not send text messages for new requests; however, Jobber does send push notifications to the Jobber mobile app when something new requires action, including new requests.
If you are an admin user, you can opt into additional push notifications so you are notified right away when a client or lead submits a new request, sends a text, views a quote for the first time, or approves a quote. A “new request” push notification is triggered when a client or lead submits a request, but not when a team member creates a request internally.
It may be worth double-checking your notification settings in the mobile app to make sure these notifications are turned on.
