Any plans to offer a phone option along with SMS?
I would love to know how others feel about this!
I feel the SMS option is great and centralizing communication inside Jobber. Adding voice to the options would be a great value add. I can see a possible automation here. At times my hands may be full or in the middle of another job where I can’t or should not answer the phone. Having an automated SMS reply with a custom message and +1 a link to your request form for new customers would be nice!
