Great presentation, Hunter! Thank you for the tips. I have two additional questions if you get a moment.
- I am a part of various local city FB groups (yard sales, mom groups, etc.). Are there specific groups we should look for when bringing awareness about residential services? As well as commercial services?
- What about being noticeable on chats like ChatGPT or other AI platforms? They recommend listing services, price packages, etc. on Google Business Profile in order to be recognizable by chats.

Thank you! Glad to hear you got some value out of it!
I always go after the largest member groups that are all about the community. For example, my highest performing group is “focus on Forsyth”. It has 60k members and people just talk about the community etc. These are great groups because a lot of people are always asking for service recommendations. Try and join some buy and sell groups and market yourself to those people. A lot of them need junk hauled off when buying new furniture or stuff hauled off when furniture doesn’t sell. Go after yard sale groups and estate sale groups as well.
The best way to rank in ChatGPT is simply to improve your overall online presence. Building a big social media, having blogs or articles written about your business, posting helpful tips for residents, etc.
You should have a pricing model built on your website and link it to your Google page so that AI can get info from it directly and relay it to the customer looking for it. Public feedback such as reviews help with this as well.
if you have any more questions, I’m happy to answer them!
