I own a residential cleaning company. We offer anything from one-time cleans to recurring...standard cleanings to top-to-bottom deluxe. I have been with Jobber 2018, but I am frustrated with the ina...
We include the base plan as the "good" option and then add on upgrades. Optional would be the "better" offering and the VIP would be the "best" option.
I think if you broke your cleaning service offerings into what differs in the "better" and "best" scenarios you can isolate what is different or added on for those offerings and set them as optional items with compelling verbiage and you'd be surprised how many people select the add ons once they see them in black and white. I'd say that we've upsold the add-on service option to at least 80% of the clients that have selected our services.
Good luck! Switching software is a tall order, and while service titan may offer the good, better, best - you may find there's something they don't do nearly as well as jobber and then you're stuck.
