Thank you for taking the time to write all of that. I really appreciate the honest feedback and actionable advice. I’ve been focusing a lot on flyers, networking, and getting my name out there, but your comment made me realize I need to put more effort into my online presence and Google Business Profile.
The part about following up with past customers especially stood out to me. I’m actually starting to reach back out to previous clients for inspections and reviews. I can see how that could lead to referrals and long-term relationships.
