ok… what lead tactics are ACTUALLY working for you all?

We’ve mainly grown thru referrals + just being obsessive about customer service. But now we’re expanding to new areas and tbh I have no idea which lead-gen channels actually move the needle anymore. ...

BNI groups ! Look up a Business Networking International in your area. Easy money if you won't mind networking. Have each of your sales positions join groups as well if they will go for it. 

My SEO kind of came and now it's starting to fade again, not sure if I need to put more money into it. 

My feeling on paid ads is they will keep you busy but not massive money makers. You do gain a client though so ideally they come back for more. 

Facebook groups? 

Lawn signs / door knockers / 5 around ?
