Yes, it’s completely possible—and for a small home service team looking to keep things simple, moving from HubSpot to Jobber’s Pipeline + Marketing tools is often a massive relief.
Here is how replacing HubSpot with Jobber breaks down in the real world, based on how other small teams handle the transition:
When Jobber's Pipeline & Marketing IS Ideal:
- One Single System of Record: Instead of managing contacts, quotes, and leads in HubSpot and then re-entering them into Jobber for scheduling and invoicing, everything stays in one place. Your leads convert directly into quotes, jobs, and invoices without data getting lost in translation.
- Eliminating Software Bloat & Cost: HubSpot gets extremely expensive very fast as your contact list grows or as you add marketing seats. Jobber consolidates your lead pipeline, automated quote follow-ups, postcard/email marketing, and client hub into your existing monthly subscription.
- Streamlined Sales Pipeline: Jobber’s lead pipeline gives you a clear visual board to track requests, drafted quotes, sent quotes, and scheduled jobs. For 95% of trade businesses, this covers the exact sales lifecycle you actually need.
- Automated Follow-ups That Actually Close Work: Jobber’s built-in marketing automation excels at operational marketing—sending automated quote follow-ups, consumer reminders, and campaign emails to past clients to win repeat business.
Where HubSpot Still Wins (And Why Some People Stay):
- Complex Multi-Touch Attribution: If you run heavy digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) and need to track deep website analytics, forms, and custom multi-step lead scoring before someone ever requests a quote, HubSpot’s marketing hub is far more advanced.
- Custom Email Builders: HubSpot offers intricate, drag-and-drop HTML email design and complex branching automation logic (e.g., "If contact opened Email A but didn't click Link B, wait 3 days then send Email C"). Jobber’s marketing tools are designed to be quick, clean, and direct rather than complex nurture sequences.
The Bottom Line
If your primary goal is simplicity and speed, switching to Jobber’s Pipeline and Marketing features is usually a huge win. You stop paying for complex enterprise CRM features you don't use, and your team gets a single, seamless workflow from the moment a lead comes in to the moment the invoice is paid!!!

I agree with this. For a small service business, simplicity is huge. I’d much rather have one system that handles the lead, quote, follow-up, scheduling, and invoice than have multiple platforms trying to talk to each other.
Jobber already fits the workflow of a home-service business, so if its Pipeline + Marketing tools can cover 90–95% of what we actually need, I’d take that over paying for a bunch of HubSpot features we may never use. The biggest thing for me would be keeping the customer experience simple while saving the team time.
