I used Pipeline in a previous business and it was good, but this time I am just using Airtable as my CRM. I have a base for Leads, another for B2B Relationships, another for Employee Management and another for Monthly KPIs. It is like excel but fields can cross-connect so for example I have which lead is brought in by which relationship. It can be as simple of complex as you need.
