Sales Closing Rate

Cleaning company here.  What is your closing rate and where are you located? We are in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and I am trying to do a bit of research of what is the converstion for the industry.  

We track two one is reoccuring wich is at 11% for the year and the other is one time which is at 53% for the year.  

Would love if you would share so we can do a bit of benchmarking in our industry.
