I have been working to implement a type of subscription service since I started. I have not received much traction. I have worked to try this extensively in the Short Term Rental industry. I feel there is an absolute need for it but I have not had the success of doing it. I have created an annual scheduled service list. These visits can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, or annually and the customer can customize what types of services they want us to focus on. Again, no one has jumped in. Since started two years ago I have completed over 600 jobs and have a good sized team working for me. However, people only want to pay for what they need and I can understand that. Commercially, this could be better for office clients as they budget for the cost and it can help them eliminate a position that is internal.
