    As a service provider, such as yourself but primarily in the landscape business, I offer monthly service plans for mowing maintenance, etc. but I also listen to the client and listen to their wants and needs and accommodate that way know your client’s budget or price range. listen to what they really wanna see and offer that and what they really need for the elderly one of the most important things is a clear and safe passageway, ensuring their walkways Are safe without hazards for stairways the rails and their walkways are clean and safe is probably one of the biggest things you can offer.

Collaborations with other small business is always really great way to keep going. Find someone in a field you are not familiar with, but see the potential of the service. Create an easy arrangement with them to share leads. For example, you send someone yearly furnace check ups and add that to your price, and they send you general home maintenance checkups from their clients. This in one way that the smaller companies will always win over the big guys, we are all in this together and we can get creative in our approaches and collaborate in very interesting ways.

I am in the pest control industry and am currently positioning myself in this exact same way for the exact same reasons!
