Giving a small five dollar bounty for any video that makes it onto your social pages or tagging them by name in post captions also gives them direct ownership.
Keep the process frictionless by keeping lens wipes in the trucks and showing them a quick two second example of what good lighting and proper safety gear look like in a shot. As long as safety comes first and the expectation is clear, it becomes second nature pretty quickly.
