Jobber is rolling out a pipeline feature that basically makes a kanban view of what NJones just described. We are in the process of integrating Go High Level with jobber which can automatically move people through and drop them in to different automation sequences. There is a prebuilt mod called Snipey lead that had a lot of these mostly set up and you just have to tweak them. The integration between Jobber and Snipey is done through a bunch of zapier zaps. Kind of a pain to set up but once you get it going, it takes all you jobber stuff and super charges it.
I don't think it's realistic for Jobber to be excellent at everything (although they are certainly trying) so you have to explore some of the integrations to make you business seamless.
Yes, I saw the pipeline feature coming tbd. I actually just signed up for the free trial oh GHL to see if that can help, but haven't had time to fully dive in.
I agree, it's not realistic haha. It would be nice to have a one stop shop so I am looking into integrations. GHL looks great just not sure if I need to pay someone to help me build it out.

I'm FOR SURE paying someone to set it up haha You'll waste so much time doing it. Check out the snipey leads thing - they have some basic functions already done and instructional videos. The reason I'm paying is, they want snipey to be the primary sales CRM but I want everything to start in jobber so some of the integrations need to be customized. I have a contact for someone if you want to talk to an expert on setting it up.
