What has worked well for us is keeping it simple and creating clear stages inside the system. Instead of leaving everything in new request, move leads through a few defined steps like new lead, contacted, waiting on client, scheduled, and closed. That way you can see exactly where everyone sits. Tags or custom fields can also help track where the lead came from so you know what marketing is working. For follow ups we rely on tasks or reminders tied to the request, so nothing falls through the cracks. The biggest thing is making sure every lead gets moved to the next stage quickly, so the pipeline stays clean and easy to review.
Thank you! That's exactly what I am looking for but unfortunately Jobber hasn't made that available on my plan. I ended up finding a free solution called Trello and integrated it with Zapier (free version) if anyone else was struggling like me.
