What are some unique ways you’re using Jobber email campaigns for?

I need to be more intentional with client newsletters, and we only seem to use the email campaigns when trying to fill the schedule. Our office manager has been working on an automated email campaign for lost leads. I’m curious to hear what others are using it for!

    I use this function for a few different things:

    • Weekly newsletter. I love that it's not overly complicated to put a simple educational email together. I have an SOP for my team to choose a subject, use job pictures from Jobber and use Chat GPT to make a newsletter
    • Post job follow up after 60 days - It's literally called, "How's everything looking" and just touches base with the customers. A lot of people don't respond but they know we are thinking about them. I also have this set up in jobber text automations. I don't abide by the no new is good news, I like to get in front of it. 
    • Invoice follow ups - if we aren't getting paid, you can't bug them too much
    • Pre job info - for certain jobs we send a prep email. What to expect, who to talk to etc.
