We had the same issue and just got verified last week. I submitted this contact form with the details - our profile was verified but not visible to the public and sat like that for months. I made sure to be as specific as possible. We received a response saying someone would contact us within 24-48 hours which didn't happen so I responded to the ticket that it had been over that length of time. 2 days later I received a new notification to verify some details and our profile was live within 24 hours.
