If someone just starting off in their business was considering getting their vehicle wrapped, do you have any advice to share? Should they wait? Or invest in one right away?
I would recommend having magnetic signs or even decals on their vehicle right away. A full wrap is an investment that can run several thousand dollars from design to installation. Decals or magnetic signs can start at a much easier price point for a new company.
I have two of my vehicles decaled. It works for marketing but not as much as one would think. I find it to be an expensive marketing effort. One is my personal car and the other is my supervisor's. We had 4 leads all together from it last year and only one booked a one time cleaning. It is more like brand recongnition.

Yes. I think it's good for the business, more for branding recognition. We had a few leads from the cars, but unfortunately I didn't measure it. It's always good to hear someone saying "I see your trucks everywhere!"

We chose to decal over wrap for cost savings. It is our large portable billboard and when people notice it, they'll say they see my partner all over the place. Decal is on all four sides of the van.

50% of my leads come from my van wrap. We ask EVERY new customer how they heard of us. This question actually helps to break down barriers into a more personal conversation rather than a transaction on the first call as well. This is just the rendering but it turned out REALLY nice. Plus, with this we saved alot not doing the full wrap. $1500 total.
