I have two of my vehicles decaled. It works for marketing but not as much as one would think. I find it to be an expensive marketing effort. One is my personal car and the other is my supervisor's. We had 4 leads all together from it last year and only one booked a one time cleaning. It is more like brand recongnition.

Yes. I think it's good for the business, more for branding recognition. We had a few leads from the cars, but unfortunately I didn't measure it. It's always good to hear someone saying "I see your trucks everywhere!"

  If someone just starting off in their business was considering getting their vehicle wrapped, do you have any advice to share? Should they wait? Or invest in one right away?

    As DWPGINC noted, getting magnets made is a great cost-effective option to get yourself more visible right away.
    
    Also, consider a simpler design to save money. We chose to go logo, phone number, and website (but large). We get a lot of people saying they saw the van. Saved a bunch over getting an entire wrap, and it's super visible.
