Working with another company

Hi, I also own a residential & small business cleaning company. I have worked with remodelers in the past doing this very same thing.

As for pricing, I just price the home like I normally would, follow your current pricing scheme, whether it be by square foot, etc. for new construction and then discount it because he’s the one paying.

Additionally, I always leave an estimate for the homeowner for future home cleaning and a business card.
