For example, you could:
• Start with a broader group, like “All active clients”
• Add a tag filter for the primary audience you want to target
• Then use the Job status filter to exclude clients with an upcoming visit within X days
• Or use the “Past clients” or “Upcoming clients” filters to narrow based on recent activity
