Im trying to figure out if I can use AI receptionist, can I modify the AI, I tested the option where I can try it and the background was distracting, the AI spoke to fast, and kept asking if there anymore questions like it was trying to get off the phone as fast as possible, and it said that someone will get back to you, but it did not say when or how fast. In my business rodent control, people want action like yesterday, so to leave it open to when some one will back to them is not good, can I fix these problems myself in the dashboard?
