How can I accurately track revenue generated from Jobber marketing campaigns?

I have really enjoyed creating campaigns on jobber and being able to reach an audience in seconds.

I love that you can customize the settings to be very specific on who you want the campaign to go to.

The only issue I have is it shows my revenue for each campaign, but it seems to be incorrect and just pulling in random jobs. I would like to have a way to see what revenue the campaigns truly brought in.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi PerryMechanical Great to hear you are enjoying Campaigns and seeing results!

What you’re seeing is the total value of jobs created for recipients within 30 days after receiving the email. This includes both one-off and recurring jobs, which can sometimes make the revenue appear higher than expected.

One approach some teams use is creating a campaign “code” and asking customers to reference it when booking. You can then add that code to a custom field on the job and run reports to track campaign effectiveness more precisely.
