So I am trying to make the website that is offered and I can not figure out how to add stuff to the contact us section can someone tell me how to do that. I want to add our address and our contractor number

so one of the things i wanted in that section was my po box which is in my settings the other thing is our contractor number but I do not see a place for that in my settings
The only way to do it is to use one part of the address section for your P.O. Box and the other part for your license and other details. I used to do it that way, but it can start to look a bit crowded with too much information there.
Instead, I recommend including that information in the introduction section of your quote, similar to how mine is shown in the picture here.
After completing that step, go ahead and edit your site to include the references you would like to display.
