That is a massive move, man. Expanding your footprint instead of trying to add headcount is a smart way to grow when you run a tight ship.

​Crossing county lines does come with its own set of friction, though. If I can offer a piece of advice from the trenches: check the boring stuff first. Make sure you look into any local licensing or permit requirements for that new territory so you don't get hit with any surprises. Also, keep an eye on your windshield time—make sure that extra drive time is baked into your job minimums so you aren't eating the profit on the highway.

​Once the logistics are locked in, start seeding the digital footprint. Tag those new locations in your project photos so people over there see you're already servicing their neighborhood. Just keep the ball a rolling you got this!!!
