I have started using the new Review feature on the invoices. We have already gotten a couple of reviews, and the ability to respond is great. The only issue is that we want to restrict who receives these invites. It seems like this option should be at the customer level and not only at the invoice level. We want to limit our commercial and industrial customers from receiving these. Any suggestions?
Hi DanFlashes​ Adding on to what Julie shared, you can also manage this at the client level. You’re able to disable review requests for specific clients so they won’t receive review invitations at all, which works well for excluding commercial or industrial customers. I’ll include a screenshot and a help article here that walk through where to find that setting.
At this time, we don’t have the ability to toggle review requests from the mobile app. This is intentional, as having that control in the app could create opportunities for misuse. That said, we absolutely understand why having this option available on mobile could be helpful depending on your workflow.
If you’d like to share more about how enabling or disabling review requests from the app would work better for your team compared to the current client-level or invoice-level options, we’d be more than happy to pass that feedback along to our product team for consideration.
