You’re right—it would be really helpful to show an arrival timeframe for on-site assessments created from requests, similar to what’s available for jobs. I can see how only displaying the start time could cause some confusion for clients when they receive confirmations or view visit details.
I’ve shared this feedback with our development team so they can consider adding the ability to include and display arrival windows on assessments in future updates. We really appreciate you highlighting how this would improve clarity for both your team and your clients.
