Curious to hear what systems you're using to capture everything into Jobber. We're in the process of switching to Quo which will integrate more directly and create leads. Still not sure how to keep inbound text messages and emails from falling through the cracks
Solid question, and Quo is the right lever if it maps directly into Jobber. The trap most people fall into is assuming one integration covers every channel — it usually only covers the lines you plug into it.
Setup that kept texts and emails from leaking: anything that rings or texts the office number flows through Quo and lands as a lead in Jobber using the phone number as the match key. For email, funnel every inbound address into a single shared mailbox, then forward that mailbox into a Jobber email form so each message opens as a request with a timestamp and source tag. If a homeowner writes twice, the second message still becomes a contact instead of sitting unread.
Two habits that make it hold: move the company number off any personal phone before you go on vacation, and run a once-a-day sweep for contacts created without a related estimate or job. Those are the ones that slipped between intake and follow-up.
