We haven't used any AI tools yet and/or AI receptionist. We've learned from a lot of other people and people want to hear a live person on the phone. I personally, hate when an AI receptionist answers the phone. I want to speak to a real person.

We feel the same, which is why we’re using additional options like texting after unanswered calls. It doesn’t happen often, but it does help keep new clients engaged and in communication. Plus, having the transcript available to add to the customer notes in Jobber is a great benefit!
