Translating Feature Using AI
This is a feature that would greatly help businesses with crews that operate more efficiently in Spanish. A significant portion of home-based services employs Spanish-speaking staff, and the ability to translate the job description would be invaluable. This could be a specific feature that AI could mediate. Whether that's a button on the Job view to translate the descriptions from the staff's POV, or have admins translate as they write the descriptions. I'm not sure how formatting would look. Who else is using Jobber's AI Receptionist for overflow and after-hours support? We recently implemented it, and while it's not flawless yet, we're finding it to be a game changer compared to traditional voicemail. What kind of Notifications you setup
I want to start the discussion on what notifications you setup in Jobber? What notifications you would like to have in Jobber when compared with other CRMs' ? Would you like to setup notifications based on fields in the Job, Client etc example: - When a visit is completed and the job value is > x, then email the owner and the manager. - When a payment is created and amount > x, then email the accounts receivable and owner. - When a 'Request' is created with emergency keywords like urgent, 'no heat', flooding, then email to manager, dispatcher. - When a high value job is deleted, notify the owner. We’re putting together an “About Us” package and presentation to send to municipalities and districts — covering mooring solutions, swim lines, buoy systems, etc. I already use ChatGPT and Canva (and love them!), but I’m looking for something even more intuitive to help build out a polished presentation or proposal — something I can easily tweak without spending hours on setup or design.
