I’ve been using ChatGPT a little bit for market research I guess you’d say. And it’s great for helping write coherent text when your brain is just fried from decision fatigue. 😅
Definitely looking to use it more within the business for recording notes in the field (summaries created for onsite assessments along with a full transcript so we don’t miss details, I think Firefly AI is one that does this).
Will look at creating our own CustomGPT for writing processes & systems as we grow the business and build out the backend.
I’ll be using a CustomGPT soon for writing a whole job ad! I’m interested to see the results (I didn’t create it, it’s been provided by a business coaching program we’re a part of).
My ultimate goal is to allow instant, accurate job quotes through our website or even on the phone with an AI agent. I spend SO MUCH time quoting/pricing work, life will be much easier when I have that sorted.
