AI in Service Businesses

Hi everyone, Does any of you use AI for their business? If so, which AI software do you use and what makes the difference for your company?

  • I use AI receptionist and find it to be great! However, it does make some mistakes with client names, so it's important to confirm details with clients. Also, ChatGPT really helps get everything right.

  • Our agency offers a Business AI Agent systems which we customize to each home service client. Essentially our system will answer all inbound calls, qualify leads and schedule appointments on our client’s calendar. There are a few other tied in features as well. So far that we feedback that we are getting from our clients has been great. This is one way that you can leverage an AI agent in your local business.

  • not sure this counts but we use zapier that makes a difference. more of a automation thing but still very valuable

  • We have used Google Gemini, Jobber AI "rewrite" feature, Jobber AI Receptionist and I've also used XApp from the Jobber App Integration page. All have worked well for me. We are currently using PATLive for our phones, but I feel like they will have an AI feature in less than a year. I am being solicited by some pretty impressive AI Call Center Companies, but I'm in no rush to go 100% AI with my phones as I do not like it when I interact with most AI Call Center agents.

Yes! We built out our own chatgpt for estimating all of our projects.

  • I use ChatGPT to help with blog post ideas, marketing ideas and marketing schedules, research for specific chemicals we use, developing SOPs (standard operating procedures), developing better training procedures, email and social media content creation and with developing contract verbiage to run past our attorney. It is massively useful for all of these things.

I have also used Dall-e for t shirt and branding ideas. It’s a cool model that allows for helping get the first part of the design process out of the way.

The Jobber AI Receptionist looks like it could have some true potential for alleviating a lot of the menial tasks like answering and forwarding calls as well as data input. I’m excited to see where the next year takes us with these amazing resources.

  • Similar to Chat GPT, I use a combination of Google Gemini and Grammarly for specific content that I create.

I just began using Jobber AI Auto Receptionist and it feels very promising.

I'm also thinking of upgrading to AI Auto Receptionist but I'm concerned if we can convert our phone number over since that number is all over our marketing material. How's it working out for you?

Im using Open phone for now. They also have an AI. but really the AI is only great if you can train it on your industries data and qualifying your leads or figuring out who's the best agent this person needs to talk to for XYZ reasons.

Only thing we have used was Chat GPT to come up with some creative content for our post descriptions online for social.
