When I first started my company I paid for ChatGPT. I saved up a bunch of questions from legalities, business, uniforms, sales, pretty much everything I was unsure of, and I signed up for a month. I asked it everything I needed from making a logo to creating a sales strategy for me. I think it was around $13 and it was probably one of the best investments I have ever made. I would highly recommend that approach. If you feel you need ongoing support then this could also be the way to go but I found so much use is asking it a bunch of questions over a month.

We used ChatGPT before, but now we use Claude. Originally we were just using it to answer questions, but I spent some time learning how to use it in the business.
Now when a lead fills out a form on our website, it can generate an estimated price range based on rules I’ve set up. I connected it to our quote software and calendar, so it helps with things like quotes, scheduling, and follow-up.
Took a lot of YouTube nights and trial and error to figure out what was actually useful. It’s saved us a lot of admin time. Now our assistant just used Claude for alot of tasks, and she oversees the outcome of things not like doing deep work. It’s a great flow once it’s setup.
