I'm trying to get a feel for what people are paying for when it comes to AI. What platform(s) are you paying for? How much per month total? What kind of work do you use AI for?

We used ChatGPT before, but now we use Claude. Originally we were just using it to answer questions, but I spent some time learning how to use it in the business.
Now when a lead fills out a form on our website, it can generate an estimated price range based on rules I’ve set up. I connected it to our quote software and calendar, so it helps with things like quotes, scheduling, and follow-up.
Took a lot of YouTube nights and trial and error to figure out what was actually useful. It’s saved us a lot of admin time. Now our assistant just used Claude for alot of tasks, and she oversees the outcome of things not like doing deep work. It’s a great flow once it’s setup.
