Correction I apologize I mean importing job history and data such as old estimates and invoices to look back into. I had to do the import the way shown in the link you attached but leaves out crucial info for companies coming over from other crms

Sorry Badger for the confusion in my original post. (My thoughts didn't translate into my fingers while I typed my question lol). Yea cause right now I have hcp as a library to look up estimates or past work orders at customers homes. Which isn't cost effective or efficient. Serviceceo went of out of business after ten years and we were left with having to make a choice and they gave us a zip file with all our data but that means nothing if we can't get it in properly.
