Has 2025 Turned Your Busy Season Upside Down?

This year has been… strange, to say the least. For my business, the months I usually count on as my best have been my worst, and the months I typically brace for as slow have been surprisingly strong.

I keep asking myself: What’s driving this flip?
Could it be:

  • Tariffs and supply chain disruptions?
  • Inflation and changing consumer spending habits?
  • Weather patterns throwing off seasonal demand?
  • Labor shortages or wage adjustments?
  • Global events impacting local markets?

    Definitely seems in our Industry of home repair services that people as doing smaller projects that are necessary and less large (want) projects are being approved. Seems like household with don’t have as much spendable cash and a sticky to budgets. Definitely plan the economy and job shortages this year on this new trend.
