Unfortunately Jobber doesn't have "job tags", just client tags.
Another solution you could do is keep it under the customer name but put the vendor name under the company name. When you go to bill them for the work, check the box that says display company name so that is what shows on the PDF then send them the PDF. Then all the billing for that job could live in one place.
