How do you hold techs accountable for accurate time tracking in Jobber?

We have GPS enabled so we can see when and where techs are clocking in and out, but I’m curious how others are enforcing accountability when the data shows missed or incorrect punches.

How are you handling clock drift, forgotten punch-ins, or late edits without turning it into constant micromanagement?

Are you using pay corrections, write-ups, coaching, or tying accuracy to performance reviews or bonuses?

Also interested if anyone has built SOPs or automations around this that actually stick in the field.

  • It's a little bit harsh, but, "Do you want to get paid for the day or the job? Then you must clock in accurately"

    Also starting from day 1 of an employee, instilling the importance of clocking in and addressing any bad habits forming early.
