One thing that helped others here: anything assigned to you in Jobber with a start and end time (a task or a visit) blocks that slot in online booking. Calendar events don't. If the times you're unavailable already live in your Google or Outlook calendar, my app SlotGuard (getslotguard.com) copies them into Jobber as tasks automatically. Disclosure: I made it.
