Honestly, the daily briefing — but not for the reason most people expect. The biggest thing isn't the summary of who contacted me. It's that the AI already knows every client's full history, so when I need to respond to someone, I'm not digging through texts, emails, and Jobber notes to piece together context. I just ask and it drafts the reply. That alone saved me more time than anything else.
Close second is the AI receptionist. I've watched someone call, get all their questions answered, and enroll — without any input from me. That one still gets me every time I see it happen.
