The circuit analogy is a great way to think about it because most small business operations fail because there's no automatic close on open loops.
I ran into the same problem in my own business and ended up building something that tackles the same problem from a different angle. it starts with a morning email showing me exactly what needs attention that day. Then there's a live dashboard where I can see overdue invoices, emails waiting on replies, leads going cold, what appointments I have and take action right from there like draft replies, send payment reminders and follow up on leads. I also added a chatbot that I can ask questions about my business or have it draft messages for me.
