I've requested things for years, not enough happens, updates go a totally different direction, I get I'm not the only one requesting things, but I feel like this post is fishing for ideas when features that would move the needle that have been requested already don't happen. You guys don't have flat rate pricing, you have a basic pricebook with no categories, it's just a simple list. Bundling options is supposedly being worked on finally, but not sure what that will look like, checklists don't allow for pass, fail, flag to make them beneficial for inspections, there is no good process for change orders, there is no good process to track customer equipment other than work arounds that don't serve the purpose, customer portal should be able to show documents and images to customers if we want, not just on a quote or invoice but separate area.&nbsp;
