Technician Performance Report
I am just coming over from service titan.. One report that is really important to me is technician performance report we had. We could see their avg ticket, their daily avg, month to date sales ect...
PinkPlumbingYou should check out Crew Insight in the app marketplace. There is a technician performance table in there.
Breaks out sales, conversion, avg ticket. If two plumbers are scheduled on a job, it splits the revenue based on assigned employees.
Disclaimer: I did help build the app, so if you figured it out with excel and it's working fine - continue that. But if you are looking for something a little more automated and real-time, might be worth checking out.
