Technician Performance Report
I am just coming over from service titan.. One report that is really important to me is technician performance report we had. We could see their avg ticket, their daily avg, month to date sales ect...
This is some really great insight and feedback - did you end up figuring this out?
I see that in invoices I can email a CSV file that has the technician and the paid invoices... I'm not good at excel but im sure I can add functionality on Excel to seperation each tech and total their invoices for a time frame. I'll figure it out. I hope 👍
