veterans connect

Hello everybody, 

I am mostly reaching out to my veteran/ active military crowd here. would like to get a thread started to get the conversation going about resources for veteran owned businesses. what resources have you guys used to further your business, i just started the warrior rising program and it is very informative.

    I started a small excavation business last yr and have not been able to find local resources from VA. I think this chat is a great idea.

    Serve 10 years now, trying to start a business with little assistance from anywhere, like the Va or anything. They have no programs besides learning how to run a business. Currently, setting up to run a couple companies under an umbrella company.

    Hey battle,

    I am extremely fortunate to have a Veteran Business Outreach Center (VBOC) located in here Fayetteville, NC. They are part of the SBA. There's only a few of them in the country right now. They offer training, counseling, classes. So many things.
