The issue with that is if that client is in a service area 45+ minutes away, that's still almost an hour I'd have to drive to do "quality checks" to make sure policies are being followed and all the waste is properly cleaned up.
We use company cam and give users access to photograph work with specific S.O.P.'s. At my last job, I managed 26 technicians in construction, navigated a large sales team with estimate issues all by proper photos through the app while at my desk. Millions of revenue and $10-$15M in sales.

That's incredible!! Do you have any advice on the best ways to manage remotely? Is it really just making sure SOPs are followed? One of our SOPs is how we "grid" a yard (walking horizontally one way and vertically the other way) to ensure all the waste is picked up in the yard. So I'm struggling to connect how to use photos for that aspect of the job. We use photos when we're leaving the property so the client knows the gate is secured but I don't know what kind of photos my technicians should take if they're walking the yard since sometimes you won't see a piece of poop depending on the angle of the photo or the length of grass etc.
