How Can I and what's the best way to add a change order onto a current job without making a new quote

I agree that the system could be made a lot better with some small tweaks.
My solution has been:
- Have a change order template. Less contract language and more to the point
- Client approves then we move it to an unscheduled job
- Take the line items from the change order, add them to the parent job. Write the signed for amount in the line item and make the $$ amount zero. Close out the change order.
To be honest - this isn't the most ideal system however you can utilize Claude Bot and you don't have to do any of it. lol Just open up jobber and tell it to go.
