How do you manage quotes that never get accepted?

Hey everyone! I'm curious how you handle quotes that customers never respond to.

Does Jobber's built-in follow-up automation do enough to bring those customers back, or do you still have to manually track unanswered quotes and chase leads?

What part of the process do you find most frustrating?

I'd be interested to hear what's working for you and what could be improved.

    Hi there,

Right now, we kind of just have them sitting there. But what I have been doing lately is I'm having Grokbot go through all our estimates and text those clients through Jobber, and I am getting a lot of responses.

The other thing I'm having Grokbot do is run our sales pipeline: reach out to all of those estimates that are awaiting a response, and then move them over to a new column.

This is sort of better than what I've done in the past, but that's what I'm up to right now

I forgot. I do have some automated emails that are going out trying to win back these clients
