Jobber handles follow ups which is good - I have a work flow outside of jobber using Go High level that has another follow up message series that tells them about the company, how to read quotes, etc.
For the actual quotes I use Chat GPT, which has our labor rates then tell it to make the quotes so I can copy and paste them in to jobber. I primarily do this using the voice function to minimize typing, and I can really talk through the jobs. After it spits out a price, ask it for a production schedule (if your a GC or have more complex jobs) and see if it makes sense and aligns with the pricing. One tip is to go in to your chat gpt settings and make sure to tell it it's default is to be critical of your ideas and act like a mentor that's an expert in your field. This way it's not so much a yes man.
