is there a way to input all the line items for a quote/estimate/proposal but then hide all the detail for the customer, giving them a "bottom line" without giving away all the line item costs? I want...

You have the option to hide the following items on a quote for the client's view:- QTY
- Unit price on line items
- Total cost per line items
- Totals and tax in the footer
To change these settings, go to the Gear icon > Settings > Business Profile > Client Document Settings. For more information on these settings, check out this help article.
